Coming from Villa Giuseppina, one of the most representative residences on Lake Como. Built in the third decade of the 20th century for the English Garwood family. In the 90s with the Kapparov it underwent a major renovation that became a real construction project, making the Villa an Italian house capable of reflecting the rich heritage of the area.
