Afternoon at Palazzo Altemps is a photographic book by Simon Watson dedicated to Palazzo Altemps in Rome and its collection of Greek and Roman sculpture.

The book developed from Watson’s longstanding relationship with the museum, which began in the late 1990s and continued through numerous visits over the years. His photographs portray the sculptures, interiors and Renaissance loggias of the palazzo, exploring the relationship between the ancient works, architecture and natural light.
